Dr. Muqtedar Khan is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Middle East Policy Council and a Professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Delaware. He is also a nonresident scholar with the Ibn Khaldun Center in Washington, D.C.
